Im really happy with this camera. Easy setup and good video quality.

Just started using this and was pleased with how simple the setup was. Havent used the camera much yet but it appears to be functional and does what I need. For comparison I also bought another camera (Amcrest) and have yet to be able to get it setup.

The app and the cams work great - 9 months using them flawlessly.

The YI Home camera and all are awesome! Crushes the Nestcam when you consider the cost difference! Will be buying a few more of these! You can get 4 for the price of 1 Nestcam! Please just make the App Universal for iPads and super bonus points for an Apple TV TvOS app!

Got it today. Very happy. Hard to believe the price! Easy setup. Works great!

Some bad moments

This is useless. Xiao Mi you sell Chine version of camera oversea. But you dont support the app. Do not buy any Xiao Mi products.

the camera does not connect with this application it plugs with Mi Home

Why we need to be force fed ads for other Yi products we dont need on a paid product is a mystery to me. Add a button to browse through the catalogue of additional products would be more tasteful. The current ads and testimonials are tacky and make you want to never purchase another product again. The app is functional and has many options but some of the options can fall short. E.g. Setting the custom area to monitor for motion is restricted to a rectangular space, or the custom times to monitor are only by the whole hour and you cant set minutes or even half an hour. New notifications of movement dont refresh if you are still in the app and you need to back out of the camera you are viewing, close out the app and then return the camera to see the notifications. The new HD camera isnt cheap and generally seems slick but the insistence of feeding ads and lack of polish in the app settings lets down the whole package.

I buy with banggood, but this camera language chinese not english. I was try may be 1000. Not connect to iphone or wireless doesnt work with engilish app.

The camera connects to Wifi after recognizing QR code, but keeps speaking Chinese and wont connect to this app at all.

The camera is not found by app!!! The previous version (yicamera) was ok, but it is not available in AppStore anymore
