Voila, une app simple, fonctionnelle et intuitive. attention, pour que tout fonctionne il faut imperativement une cam Yi avec la version Internationale (Europe ou US). la synchro avec la cam et lapp se fait en 5mn comme sur la video. la qualite de limage est tres bonne (hd), la vision nocturne au top et le visionnage de la cam a lextérieur, cest a dire en 3g/4g est très satisfaisante. lapp permet de faire des reglages sur la cam, comme detection de mouvement, enregistrement, ou meme parler en live au voleur qui est en train de vider votre maison mais aussi a votre bebe qui pleure dans son lit :). seul regret : pas de mode paysage

Cant connect

Recently it is nagging with swarm of apps instead showing me live view and asks me to buy their cloud service though i orefer to use my own sd storage. If I knew i would have never bought your camera. I EXTREMELY NOT RECCOMEND!!!

Ads on mobile app are annoyance

Attempted so many times to cancel the Kami Cloud service after getting new and better cameras. No way for me to contact them. Tried multiple times to cancel within the app and kept seeing “Network Error” every and anytime I tried. Went to the website and every link/tab worked except for “Support” which is just messed up. Just had to block them with my bank. The Yi cameras weren’t that great either, poor quality and sometimes they just didn’t work.

I have to watch ads everytime I open the app. So annoying!

All of the sudden, this app comes with the most annoying & obnoxious ads. If I get an alert, I need to see my cameras & hear what they pick up NOT these annoying ads & it's next to impossible to get them to turn off. They only remedy this company offers is a discount on a subscription which we will NOT be purchasing. If they don't fix the issue, we are gone.

This app started out okay, but quickly added more and more ads. It’s ridiculous how many ads you have to click to see the camera. Best to reflash the firmware and use something else. Or just don’t buy cameras from YiHome

Takes too long to actually see the cameras footage due to long adds and advertising.

Great cameras UNTIL 2025 and now they run ads that take forever and can’t skip. Trying to access a camera and super annoying to have to wait till ad is over to watch live footage. Live footage so important to be able to access asap.

Do not buy YI Camera. There App is full of advertisements, unless you pay for subscription. Just google and you will see all the complaints.

We’ve been using these cameras for years, but will likely be switching to something else soon due to the insufferable pop up ads every time I open the app. We use this to monitor our children crying and it’s unacceptable to have to sit through 30 seconds of ads before I can check on why they’re crying.

This is how to kill brand loyalty. I’ve bought a number of these cameras and have recommended them to friends. Now I’m tossing them in the garbage and looking for alternatives. In what world does it make sense for a SECURITY CAMERA to force you to watch ads before seeing you’re SECURITY feed. My house is getting broken into but wait let me watch 30 seconds of mobile game ads before I can do something about it. Insane.

Horrible sounds on the outdoor cameras, takes forever to connect (WiFi or not). Now they have ads?! There are far better products out there

This app used to be good until put adds, now before watching your cameras the make you watch adds first, don’t buy it or use it

95% of the time when you have full bars of service.

Product started good but the constant reminders and flashing logos and popups have made me regret buying these cameras.

Hey Yi, your in app ads really affect your reviews here. You should ask yourselves if you sell enough through these ads to compensate for the negative feedback you get from existing customers due to annoying ads. I won’t buy anymore Yi cameras due to the ads. But I guess you sold a few subscriptions.

Absolutely horrible I have my own SD cards and I don’t need their cloud service. They force you to watch those yicloud ads over and over again some even trick you into subscribing. Now you even have to watch 30 seconds irrelevant videos before even get into the app? Don’t buy their camera. Huge scam.

You will be stuck to seeing live view only, they removed the ability to see anything but live view. You will be stuck viewing live view only unless you utilize the subscription for every camera. You are also limited to the camera’s to use.

It is very clear and useful

One day the app is working perfectly, the next day you hear a fuss from your kids room and try to check the camera, only to be forced to wait and click through 15 seconds of commercials. This camera will be a nice paper weight when we replace it.

No much to say, don’t want to waste my precious time. I’m starting an alternative project to monitor my cameras via open source software, if that doesn’t work or my cameras break, I don’t mind, I’ll replace them with new ones from a reliable brand . Also, remember to go to Amazon app and make your voice heard by writing an honest review on your YI’zzzzz purchases.

Use to be good. Terrible now with all the ads that locks you out from viewing the cameras.

You now have to deal with ads and pop ups in order to use your cameras. Don’t buy these! Looking for a replacement.

If you want to watch a bunch of ads this is your app

It was wonderful then here comes the ads. Now I am seriously shopping for other alternatives because I am being spammed with ads and the delay in viewing the camera.

This app used so be so great. At one point I was able to monitor 13 cameras across 3 different locations. I was able to use an SD card in every camera and it recorded over 1 week of video. Now, I can’t even review video from 12 hours ago! They keep removing functionality and trying to force user to sign up for cloud service. On top of the loss of free features, we have the non-stop ads ! Ridiculous!

Works great with for security and monitoring purposes

Look at all the 1 star reviews. The cameras are unusable with all the long ads. I have had the cameras for a long time and they kept removing functionality without a subscription, for example identifying people. I accepted that. However, now it can take 30-60 seconds of ads or more before you can get to the app and the cameras. They will likely respond to this review like others saying they would be pleased to offer a discounted subscription. THEY ARE MISSING THE POINT. I paid for the cameras already, and they want me to subscribe to be able to use them. That is absurd. I have replaced all the cameras and am about to delete the app. If you are looking for cameras, look elsewhere.

I used to brag about how cool these cameras were. Now theres ads left and right unless you pay for a subscription. I just deleted the app this morning and im unplugging my cameras now. I truly hope no one else wastes their money on these. Unless they want to buy mine

Don’t buy the cameras! They’ve included way too many adds everywhere

The cameras themselves work fine, but since buying them a year ago the app has been filled to the brim with ads. It’s insane that I have to click through 4 ads just to look at the cameras I paid for. At first it was just a subscription being pushed, but now it’s 30+ second long advertisements. And the cameras weren’t cheap so I don’t understand how the company is that down bad for money. DO NOT BUY!!!

I needed to look at my camera footage real quick, and I got stuck on a temu ads. they just started happening within the last month never did this before.

I love this app, it really works

You can have ads without making them full screen, making the actually functionality of the app 100% unusable until the ad finally lets you dismiss it. Put them in a small box at the bottom, top, idc where, but full screen is the reason I have switched my entire system. Your greed ruined this app that I have used for years. Get a grip.

When I bought the camera and downloaded the app I couldn’t imagine how much advertising they would put to access your own camera, sometimes I have to try 2 to 3 times to access the images, it opens websites and applications that I didn’t ask for so many advertisements, I don’t understand why they have already profited from the sales of the cameras and those who pay to watch multi cameras, now not being able to access the cameras is too much, emergency situations don’t expect advertisements.

Used to be the best security cam app going but most of these new pop adds prevent me from seeing my cameras on a timely basis if at all.

The ads that have suddenly taken over the app are unbelievably infuriating! You can’t exit out and have to sit and wait for the entire stupid ad to finish. I’m removing the cameras and getting a different company and I WILL NOT be recommending these to family and friends!!

I find it very irritating when I open the app to look at my camera views, I am forced to watch advertisements. Until I can kill them. When I open the app, I would like to see my cameras to find out what the noise was that I heard, not advertisement delaying my views. I can't afford your cloud service at this time. If I would've known that this was going to happen when I bought the cameras I would not have. It was not originally like this. I hate your cameras more and more every time when I try to open the app. I would never suggest to someone to buy these. I wish to replace all of mine.

The ap serves its purpose for my husband and I, but just to view the camera that we want takes patience. The Ads for the free version of this ap are absolutely INFURIATING. Even when you click the “x” to close the ap, it pops a new one up, sometimes 6 times, just so I can check the camera…. It’s enough to make me want to throw these in the trash.

Ads are annoying. They didn’t have ads years back but now it’s unbearable. Gonna sell all their products and get LOREX. They don’t care when there’s a complaint. They ask for suggestions but know what they are doing. Great way to lose more customers and referrals.

Why do ads pop out everytime i open the app. By the time i finally get to my camera somebody can be in my house already. it’s a camera for protection , if i can’t see who gets to the door before they knock, ring, or come in the camera is pointless. TAKE THE ADS AWAY!

Used to be a good app, now you have to try and get through ads that won’t go away. You click the X and it goes to the play store, then back and forth, close the app several times and eventually get to your cameras. This is nonsense. If you want to download a game you go to the App Store, if you want to see your cameras you open the camera app. It shouldn’t be this annoying. If this doesn’t change I will go to different cameras and app.

It was great until they put ads in. Now, when I need to check on my elderly mother I have to deal with ads before I can make sure she’s ok. Try to X out of it and it takes me to the ap that is trying to get purchasers.

Don’t even consider this annoying app. Their cameras also need constant rebooting. Altogether horrible.
