Many app issues, history scrubbing broken

The camera is great, but there are lots of issues with the app. Firstly and most importantly, the ability to scrub back through recording history is utterly broken. If you try to scroll back to say, 6pm, the history you get is something else, like 2am. There is no way to choose a time to actually look at. This happens every time. Secondly, you cant turn off the infrared LEDs. My camera sits behind glass, so no night recording at all is possible. All you see is the reflection of the camera! Ive made several comments through the in-app feedback page and have never heard back from the company, which tells me they arent interested in feedback at all.
